Ardtornish Estate; Ian Coghill, Chairman, Game and Wildlife Conservation

Mr Uloth says: ‘Badgers, raptors, agriculture, fracking, pesticides, GM: there are so many areas in which man intervenes with nature and our countryside and there are hardly any areas of the United Kingdom untouched by man.

‘This country, heavily-populated though it is, is also considered to be one of the most beautiful patches of land on the planet. So when and should we interfere? Who should decide what happens and how do we determine what is good and bad?  It promises to be a lively debate.’

All Game Fair attendees are welcome at the debate – the more the merrier. Come along if you feel you have something to contribute, or if you just want to hear the discussion.
